The Schluter Ditra Heat E-RT Programmable Floor Heating Thermostat DHE RT 102/BW is designed for seamless control of DITRA-HEAT-E-HK heating cables, available for both 120V and 240V systems. Equipped with an intuitive LCD touchscreen, this thermostat offers a user-friendly programmable interface, allowing for customizable scheduling to match daily routines and provide optimal comfort. Featuring a built-in 5 mA ground fault circuit interrupter (GFCI) with an indicator light, the thermostat ensures safe operation by detecting electrical faults instantly. Designed for flexibility, the DITRA-HEAT-E-RT can support two heating cables, managing loads up to 15 amps, and is ideal for moderate to large installations. For larger applications, a DITRA-HEAT-E-RR power module may be added to accommodate additional heating loads, enabling a unified control point for consistent and effective warmth across larger floor areas. This programmable thermostat delivers efficient energy use and offers precise temperature management, enhancing comfort while reducing energy costs. Reliable and robust, the DITRA-HEAT-E-RT thermostat integrates seamlessly into the Schluter DITRA-HEAT system, providing the ultimate control solution for radiant floor heating with safety, flexibility, and ease of installation.

The underfloor heating system is a highly efficient and eco-friendly way to warm your floors and can be used as a primary or secondary heat source. This system uses electric radiant floor heating cables/ wires with uncoupling waterproofing tile underlayment membrane/ sheets/ floor mats.

Please note that it's highly recommended to overlap all joint lines using the Kerdi Polyethylene waterproof band/ tape. Applicable for both residential and commercial usage. To control the In-floor heating system and set the underfloor temperature of your heated floors, you can use a variety of thermostats (120V/ 240V).

A printed user manual is already included with this item. No digital user manual or software is available.

RETURN AND REFUND

Most new, unopened items can be returned within thirty (30) days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is due to our error—such as receiving an incorrect or defective item—we will also cover the return shipping costs.

If you request a refund, it will be issued using the original payment method within four (4) weeks after you hand the package over to the return carrier. This timeframe includes shipping transit to our facility, processing upon receipt, and the time required for the refund to be posted to your account.

WARRANTY POLICY

Most of our items come with one (1) year warranty for manufacturer defects. It does not include damage caused by misuse, accidents, abuse, alterations, neglect or other external causes.

The warranty will not extend to consumables (i.e. electrodes, calibration solution, battery, index oil), accessories, cable, compact disk and/or any written document bundled with the item.
