This 3-in-1 soil moisture meter is designed for INDOOR & OUTDOOR USE to better know the condition of your plant through scientific data monitoring. How to Use: 

  • Step 1: Switch to moisture/pH/light position according to demand
  • Step 2: Insert the probe into the soil about 2-4 inches
  • Step 3: Adjust the position of the probe until the pointer on the dial swing slightly
  • Step 4: Check moisture/ pH/ light level in the dial after 10 minutes
  • Step 5: Remove the probe from the soil and wipe clean after each use


Kindly Note: 

  1. Do not force it into the very hard soil or touch hard objects since it will be easy to damage the probe.
  2. Do not use it to test pure water or other liquids. It can only be used to measure soil.
  3. Avoid touching the sensing element underneath the gauge.
  4. Do not leave the meter in the soil for a long time.
  5. Please wipe and clean the probe after each use
  6. If the soil is too dry, the pointer will not move or swing. Better water it before testing.

RETURN AND REFUND

Most new, unopened items can be returned within thirty (30) days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is due to our error—such as receiving an incorrect or defective item—we will also cover the return shipping costs.

If you request a refund, it will be issued using the original payment method within four (4) weeks after you hand the package over to the return carrier. This timeframe includes shipping transit to our facility, processing upon receipt, and the time required for the refund to be posted to your account.

WARRANTY POLICY

Most of our items come with one (1) year warranty for manufacturer defects. It does not include damage caused by misuse, accidents, abuse, alterations, neglect or other external causes.

The warranty will not extend to consumables (i.e. electrodes, calibration solution, battery, index oil), accessories, cable, compact disk and/or any written document bundled with the item.
