Operating Information:

  • Remove the protective cap and switch on the unit.
  • If it will be used for the first time, or haven't been used for a long time, calibrate the unit.
  • Dip the electrode into the sample solution. Stir gently and wait for a few seconds till the displayed value is stable.
  • After using, dip the electrode into distilled or deionized water. Stir gently. Then use tissue paper for it to gently absorb the water from the glass bulb. This action must be done very carefully in order to avoid damaging the glass bulb.
  • When storing the pH meter, switch off the unit, put a few drops of distilled water or deionized water on the spoon inside the cap, to rinse the glass bulb. Then put the cap onto the pH meter.
  • If the unit cannot be switched on or the display fades, replace all the batteries.

RETURN AND REFUND

Most new, unopened items can be returned within thirty (30) days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is due to our error—such as receiving an incorrect or defective item—we will also cover the return shipping costs.

If you request a refund, it will be issued using the original payment method within four (4) weeks after you hand the package over to the return carrier. This timeframe includes shipping transit to our facility, processing upon receipt, and the time required for the refund to be posted to your account.

WARRANTY POLICY

Most of our items come with one (1) year warranty for manufacturer defects. It does not include damage caused by misuse, accidents, abuse, alterations, neglect or other external causes.

The warranty will not extend to consumables (i.e. electrodes, calibration solution, battery, index oil), accessories, cable, compact disk and/or any written document bundled with the item.
