Easy Usage Procedure:

  • Observation method 1: Let the magnifier close to the object to be observed, and keep the distance between the human eye and the object to be observed unchanged. Then move the hand-held magnifier back and forth between the object and the human eye until the image is large and clear.
  • Observation method 2: Magnifying glass as close as possible to the eyes. The magnifying glass does not move, moving objects until the image is large and clear.

A printed user manual is already included with this item. No digital user manual or software is available.

RETURN AND REFUND

Most new, unopened items can be returned within thirty (30) days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is due to our error—such as receiving an incorrect or defective item—we will also cover the return shipping costs.

If you request a refund, it will be issued using the original payment method within four (4) weeks after you hand the package over to the return carrier. This timeframe includes shipping transit to our facility, processing upon receipt, and the time required for the refund to be posted to your account.

WARRANTY POLICY

Most of our items come with one (1) year warranty for manufacturer defects. It does not include damage caused by misuse, accidents, abuse, alterations, neglect or other external causes.

The warranty will not extend to consumables (i.e. electrodes, calibration solution, battery, index oil), accessories, cable, compact disk and/or any written document bundled with the item.
