This meter measures CO2 level, Air Temperature, Dew Point (DP), Wet Bulb Temperature (WB) and Humidity (RH) and is an ideal instrument for Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) diagnosis.

Poor indoor air quality is considered unhealthy because it causes tiredness, loss of ability to concentrate, and even illness (ex. Sick Building Syndrome). IAQ monitoring and survey, especially on CO2 level and air ventilation become widely applied in public areas such as offices, classrooms, factories, hospitals, and hotels.

This continuous monitoring kit set includes a universal power adapter and Software CD & USB Cable for on-line data logging when connecting to PC. Data logged in the software can be exported in a chart or txt file for further analysis.

RETURN AND REFUND

Most new, unopened items can be returned within thirty (30) days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is due to our error—such as receiving an incorrect or defective item—we will also cover the return shipping costs.

If you request a refund, it will be issued using the original payment method within four (4) weeks after you hand the package over to the return carrier. This timeframe includes shipping transit to our facility, processing upon receipt, and the time required for the refund to be posted to your account.

WARRANTY POLICY

Most of our items come with one (1) year warranty for manufacturer defects. It does not include damage caused by misuse, accidents, abuse, alterations, neglect or other external causes.

The warranty will not extend to consumables (i.e. electrodes, calibration solution, battery, index oil), accessories, cable, compact disk and/or any written document bundled with the item.
