RETURN AND REFUND

Most new, unopened items can be returned within thirty (30) days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is due to our error—such as receiving an incorrect or defective item—we will also cover the return shipping costs.

This timeframe includes shipping transit to our facility, processing upon receipt, and the time required for the refund to be posted to your account.
